This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for products and services offered by Czech TV Behind ("we," "our," or "us") through our website czechtvbehind.com. By purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products and Services
1.1 Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, reports, guides, templates), we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the purchase has been completed and the digital item has been delivered or made available for download. However, if you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing the content, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
1.2 Online Courses and Webinars
For online courses and webinars:
- Pre-recorded courses: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for pre-recorded online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course material.
 - Live webinars: Refunds for live webinars may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued less than 48 hours before the event. However, you may transfer your registration to another person or request access to the recording if available.
 
1.3 Subscriptions
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Refunds will not be issued for partial months.
 - Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days of the subscription period. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent auto-renewal for the next period.
 - To cancel a subscription, please log into your account and follow the cancellation process or contact our customer support team.
 
2. Physical Products
2.1 Return Eligibility
For physical products (books, DVDs, merchandise):
- You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
 - Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
 - Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund, including shipping costs, or a replacement at your choice.
 
2.2 Return Process
To return a physical product:
- Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
 - Include the RMA number and your order information with the return package.
 - Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.
 - We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
 
2.3 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Events and Workshops
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
For in-person events, workshops, or tours:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
 - Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
 - Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable.
 - You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
 
3.2 Cancellation by Czech TV Behind
If we cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, you will have the following options:
- Attend the rescheduled event (if applicable)
 - Receive a full refund of the registration fee
 - Transfer your registration to another event of equal value
 
We are not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred in relation to a canceled or rescheduled event.
4. Custom Services
4.1 Consulting and Production Services
For custom services such as consulting, production assistance, or bespoke content creation:
- Deposits for custom services are non-refundable unless we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.
 - Cancellations of custom services will be handled according to the terms specified in your service agreement.
 - Refunds for partially completed work will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the amount of work completed and resources allocated.
 
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Exceptions may be made in cases of:
- Extenuating personal circumstances (illness, family emergency, etc.)
 - Technical issues beyond the customer's control
 - Errors in product or service descriptions
